Hills is working closely with Englefield Estate and neighbours to the site to ensure that the work at Mortimer Quarry southern extension will have a minimum impact on people living in, and visiting the area.

Information about temporary changes to walking and riding routes are posted below.

A pedestrian and horse riding permissive access route which was located within Phase 2 has been closed as part of the planned preparatory work. A permissive path has been created and signs erected to inform walkers and horse riders that the access is diverted to the outside of the Phase 2 perimeter fencing.
